Privacy notice
Information provided under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) to visitors to this website and to anyone who contacts the practice.

Data controller
Dott. Arduino Tribuzio, Viale Saverio Mercadante 28, 70132 Bari, VAT no. 03824600716, email info@studiotribuzio.com, PEC (certified email) arduino.tribuzio@pec.it.
Data processed
Technical browsing data collected by the server that hosts the website. Data that the data subject provides on their own initiative by phone, email, PEC or WhatsApp, namely their name, contact details and the content of the message.
Purposes and legal basis
Replying to enquiries and arranging appointments, on the basis of pre-contractual steps taken at the data subject’s request (Art. 6(1)(b) Regulation (EU) 2016/679). Ensuring the security and proper functioning of the website, on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Retention
Data relating to enquiries is kept for as long as is needed to reply. If an enquiry leads to an engagement, the data is kept for the duration of the professional relationship and for the periods required by law. Technical browsing data is kept for as long as is needed to keep the website secure.
Recipients
The providers of the hosting and email services, acting as data processors. Cloudflare, Inc. supplies the website’s animation libraries through its cdnjs service and therefore receives the IP address of visitors. Automattic, Inc. receives technical data about visits for the Jetpack Stats statistics. The data is not disclosed to the public. Anyone who writes via WhatsApp is using a service provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, which is governed by that service’s own terms and privacy policy. Anyone who books a meeting online uses the Google Calendar booking page, a service of Google Ireland Limited governed by that service’s own terms and privacy policy.
Rights of the data subject
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Arts. 15-22 Regulation (EU) 2016/679), by writing to the practice’s email address or PEC. Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (the Italian Data Protection Authority).
Newsletter
The data controller is Dott. Arduino Tribuzio, Viale Saverio Mercadante 28, 70132 Bari, email info@studiotribuzio.com. Through the sign-up form the practice collects your email address and the category you choose, in order to send one email a month about deadlines and new tools. The legal basis is consent (Art. 6(1)(a) Regulation (EU) 2016/679), given by ticking the box on the form and confirmed through the link in the confirmation email. The data is kept until consent is withdrawn, which you can do through the link in every email or by writing to the practice, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier mailings. It is stored in the website database on the practice’s server, managed by Cloudways in DigitalOcean’s London data centre in the United Kingdom, a country for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision, renewed on 19/12/2025 (Implementing Decision (EU) 2025/2574). Emails are sent through the mail service of the provider TopHost. The data is not passed on to third parties and is not used for profiling. You keep the rights set out in Arts. 15-22 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (the Italian Data Protection Authority).
Artificial intelligence
The practice relies on a few artificial intelligence tools to read and organise documents, prepare drafts and calculations, keep the schedule of deadlines and transcribe voice messages and work phone calls, which are recorded for this purpose. We use Claude by Anthropic and Google Workspace services, while audio is transcribed by a program installed on the practice’s own computers.
These tools do not decide anything. Every piece of work is read and corrected by the professional, no tax return is filed automatically, and the signature and the responsibility remain his, as required by Art. 13 of Italian Law 132/2025. No decision concerning a person is taken solely by an automated system (Art. 22 Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
We give our providers only the data they need, and they process it on behalf of the practice under the data processing agreements required by Art. 28 GDPR. Where a provider is based outside the European Union, the transfer takes place with the safeguards of Arts. 45 and 46 GDPR.
If you would rather these tools were not used for your engagement, or would like to know which ones we use, you can write to info@studiotribuzio.com.
Cookies
The website uses only strictly necessary (technical) cookies. Fonts and images are hosted on the practice’s own domain, and the map is a static image. The animation libraries (GSAP) are loaded from cdnjs, a Cloudflare service, which may receive the visitor’s IP address. Visits are counted with Jetpack Stats, a service of Automattic, Inc., which receives the visitor’s IP address and some technical data about the visit from the browser and returns only aggregate statistics to the practice, without setting cookies. There are no profiling tools. For this reason, consent is not required.
